An event is missing#
Check the connection in Sources, then Live history for items awaiting review. Missing membership prices are set under Membership. For the Recent Events overlay, check its switch and filters. A green connection alone does not confirm that every event was accepted.
An OBS alert is missing#
Check the notification’s main switch, profile and event-type switch. Try a preview. If it appears in a browser but not OBS, check the Browser Source URL, visibility and active scene. If neither receives it, send a support report.
The local page cannot connect#
Use Open on the Subathon tray icon. If it is absent, run the original Subathon.exe once. Copy OBS links from this running app; the port may change if already occupied. Do not start another installation to reconnect your old setup.
Send a useful report#
Choose Send logs in the support dialog. Manual reports may include donor names, messages, amounts, source data, settings and queues; credentials and private URLs are redacted. Saved locally is not Sent: local reports are in data/support-reports. Keep the report ID. You can resend after the countdown, including from older app versions.
What we can verify#
Reviewed against stable 5.0.5 source and release tests. Demos use fictional data and show selected overlays, not the entire app. Paid live donations, account permissions and performance on your PC were not re-tested in this audit. Include the source, feature and time in a report.
